UF500 Cellulose Fiber Concrete Anti-Cracking And Anti-Seepage Special Fiber

Cellulose fiber is a high-strength, fine-denier short fiber extracted from special plants. It has natural hydrophilicity and good affinity with cement and other hydrates in concrete, and can form a better bond with concrete. Because the fiber is ultra-short and has a small single-filament diameter, it has a larger distribution per unit volume, which improves the crack resistance of concrete.
During the maintenance process, concrete will suffer losses due to the formation of calcium aluminate, and cracks due to hydration heat and temperature. The addition of this fiber can avoid water seepage and segregation, play a role in slowing down and retaining water, and thus improve the strength of concrete.
Usage:
1. Add 0.9kg of fiber to each cubic meter of concrete while keeping the original design proportion process unchanged.
2. Add fiber and main aggregate together for mixing.
3. Under the original mixing process time setting, the whole process should be no less than 3 minutes.
