Polypropylene Mesh Fiber

Polypropylene mesh fiber, also known as film-cracked mesh fiber. It is made of modified polypropylene as the main raw material, after high-pressure spraying, stretching, mesh making, and surface treatment. The appearance of the fiber is a diamond mesh of cross-linked monofilaments. Its change process is that when the fiber is mixed with concrete, it is kneaded and rubbed with aggregates, cement, etc., so that the fiber is fully unfolded to form countless monofilament mesh individuals, and is three-dimensionally random and evenly distributed in the concrete, so that the concrete body is embedded in the mesh and tightly wrapped with the concrete body to form countless internal supports. It disperses the internal stress of cracks and cracks caused by various factors during the maintenance and molding process of concrete, thereby improving the concrete's crack resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, wear resistance, and bending resistance, and further improving the engineering quality of concrete.
Usage:
Without changing the original concrete design formula, add it together with the concrete aggregate cement.
Mixing time 4~5 minutes.
General concrete structural parts: 0.9kgM3
Bridge, waterproof structural parts: 1.5kgM3
